The Documents step and the **Data Room** accept whatever you have. Materials do not need to be polished; the review process extracts what it can and then asks you for anything still missing.

**Suggested documents**

- Financial statements (P&L, balance sheet)
- Business plan or investor deck
- Customer contracts or LOIs
- Technical specifications or deployment plans
- Any other supporting materials

**Accepted file types**

PDF, Word (.doc, .docx), Excel (.xls, .xlsx), CSV, PNG, JPG/JPEG, and ZIP. A ZIP archive is unpacked when you add it, and each file inside is uploaded individually.

**How uploading works**

- Click the upload area or drag and drop files onto it. You can select many files at once.
- Each file shows its progress: queued, uploading, then complete. Files that fail appear under **Failed uploads** with a **Retry** button.
- Once your deal exists, uploaded files are processed immediately and appear in the Data Room.
- Choosing **Remove from analysis** on a file moves it to the Archive bucket so it is excluded from analysis. It is not deleted.

When you are ready, click **Submit for Review**. A confirmation asks **Ready to start analysis?**; choose **Yes, begin analysis**. You can add more files later from the Findings panel.
