**Deals** in the investor navigation opens **Deal Flow**. It lists deals that are open to investors plus any deal that has been shared with you directly.

**Search and filters**

- Search by deal name or company.
- **Financing Type**: **Equipment Financing** (smaller deployments) or **Project Financing** (larger deployments).
- **Status**: **Active - Public** or **Active - Earning Income**.
- **Amount Range**: minimum and maximum, entered in thousands of dollars.
- **Reset filters** clears everything.

Switch between **Card** and **Table** views. The table shows **Deal Name**, **Amount**, **GPUs**, **Location**, **Stage**, and **Actions**, and pages through results.

**Reading a card**

Cards can carry the badges **Invested** (you have a position), **Suggested**, **Ready to Invest**, and **Under Review**. Fields include current yield, total amount, GPU count, **Est. APY**, underlying asset, utilization, commitment status, monthly revenue, estimated close, and contract length. Click **View Details** to open the deal page.

**Disclaimers**

Estimated returns are forward-looking projections and are not guaranteed. **Est. APY** is based on operator-provided inputs. The **Suggested for You** section is based on your stated preferences and is not investment advice.
