# How do I export a deal model?

From a deal page or the simulator:

- **Export One-Pager PDF**: a single-page summary of the deal for sharing internally.
- **Export Model Spreadsheet** (or **Export All** in the simulator): an Excel workbook with eight sheets: **Cover**, **Assumptions**, **Schedules**, **CapEx**, **Loan Schedule**, **Monthly CF**, **Annual Summary**, and **Returns**. Formulas are live, so you can change assumptions in Excel and the model recalculates. Columns for loan or depreciation schedules are hidden when those features are off for the deal.
- **Export XIRR** and **Export APY** (simulator): copy a formatted cash-flow table to your clipboard for pasting into another spreadsheet.

Exports reflect the assumptions in your current simulator view.
