After your documents are analyzed, the Findings panel may show two kinds of follow-up.

**Missing Information** lists fields our system could not fill from your documents. Open **Fill in Missing Info** to see them with a progress count (for example, "3 of 8 resolved") and type values directly. Each item carries a priority:

| Priority | Meaning |
|---|---|
| **Critical** | Required for evaluation; has the biggest impact on your analysis. Worth filling in first. |
| **High** | Strongly affects your analysis. |
| **Medium** | Improves the quality of your analysis. |
| **Low** | Helpful context, but not essential. |

**Reviewer Questions** are generated during review of your deal and appear under the **Reviewer Questions** tab. Expand a question to see **Why this is needed**, **Guidance**, and **Suggested docs**, then type your answer in the **Response** box. Answered questions show the date and the note that they will be added to your Data Room when the next analysis begins. You can **Edit** an answer until then.

None of these priorities block submission; filling them in strengthens your analysis and speeds up review.

**Working offline**

**Export** produces a **Deal Review Package** as a spreadsheet (with **Reviewer Questions** and **Missing Fields** sheets) or a PDF with response boxes. Fill it in and upload it to your Data Room like any other document.

**Saving**

Use **Save progress** to keep your entries, or **Save & Re-analyze** to save and start a new analysis immediately. While an analysis is running, or after a deal has moved past review, editing is locked and the panel says so.
