**Right after submitting**

You will see **Case Sent to Your Email**: a link to your deal workspace is emailed so you can return to track progress. An email confirms that analysis has started.

**Analysis in progress**

The Findings panel shows a progress bar and three stages:

1. **Analyzing Documents**: extracting structured data from your uploaded files.
2. **Running Evaluations**: analyses across risk, compliance, and returns.
3. **Generating Reports**: building your summary and report materials.

The panel shows rough time estimates for each stage; larger data rooms take longer. You do not need to keep the page open. The browser tab icon also reflects the current status.

**The review checkpoint**

After your documents are analyzed, the panel shows a checklist:

- **All gaps resolved** or the number of gaps still open
- **No reviewer questions pending** or the number waiting for you
- **Deal info confirmed**

Click any pending item to resolve it, or upload more files to improve your score. None of these items block you, but addressing them strengthens the analysis. When your completeness score is above 30%, click **Start your Deal Evaluation** to continue. If you have changed files or fields since the last analysis, you will be asked whether to re-analyze first.

**Completion**

When reports are ready, the panel shows **Analysis complete** with links to your materials, and you receive an email. The deal then moves to review by the Compute Labs team; you are notified when there is an update, and no action is needed from you during that review.

**If something goes wrong**

If the panel shows **Analysis hit a snag**, your documents are safe and nothing was lost. Our team is alerted and will restart the analysis; no action is needed from you. If it persists, contact your Compute Labs representative.
