The Compute Labs Financing Platform, at platform.computelabs.ai, is a structured workspace for GPU infrastructure deals. It serves two groups:

- **Operators and neoclouds** who own or are building GPU capacity and want to present a deal for review. Operators complete a guided application, sign a non-disclosure agreement, upload supporting documents to a data room, and follow their deal through analysis, review, and reporting.
- **Investors** who want to review GPU infrastructure opportunities. Investors browse deals they have access to, read standardized summaries and metrics, model scenarios in a deal simulator, and export a one-pager or a full financial model.

Both groups can schedule a call with the Compute Labs team from inside the platform.

What the platform is not: it does not provide investment advice, and nothing shown on it is a recommendation to invest or to finance. Opportunities presented are subject to independent due diligence. Compute Labs acts as a platform connecting parties. GPU infrastructure financing involves risks including hardware depreciation, technology obsolescence, market volatility, and regulatory change; consult qualified professionals before making decisions.
