What do the deal statuses mean?
The statuses on the operator dashboard and what approval does and does not mean.
The Your Deals table on the operator dashboard shows one status per deal, and the filters All, Draft, In Review, Approved, and Archived narrow the list.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | The deal exists but has not been submitted for review. Open it to continue the application. |
| In Review | The deal has been submitted and is somewhere in analysis or review: analyzing documents, waiting on your input, running evaluations, generating reports, or under review by the Compute Labs team. Open the deal to see the exact stage in the Findings panel. |
| Approved | The deal cleared review and moves to the next stage. |
| Archived | The deal has been removed from your active list. Nothing is deleted; contact the team to restore it. |
What "Approved" means
Approval means our review of your application is complete and the deal has been approved to proceed to the next stage. It is not a commitment of financing or investment, and it does not indicate an investor, an amount, a structure, or a schedule. Any terms are communicated separately by the Compute Labs team.
If a deal is not approved
The Findings panel shows Not approved to proceed with a Reviewer note explaining the decision. You can strengthen your data room and contact your Compute Labs representative to request a re-review.
