How do I export a deal model?

From a deal page or the simulator:

• Export One-Pager PDF: a single-page summary of the deal for sharing internally.
• Export Model Spreadsheet (or Export All in the simulator): an Excel workbook with eight sheets: Cover, Assumptions, Schedules, CapEx, Loan Schedule, Monthly CF, Annual Summary, and Returns. Formulas are live, so you can change assumptions in Excel and the model recalculates. Columns for loan or depreciation schedules are hidden when those features are off for the deal.
• Export XIRR and Export APY (simulator): copy a formatted cash-flow table to your clipboard for pasting into another spreadsheet.

Exports reflect the assumptions in your current simulator view.
