How do I report a bug or share feedback?

The Feedback button

When you are signed in, a Feedback button sits in the lower-right corner of every page. It opens a Send feedback form:

1. Choose Bug report or Feedback / idea.
2. Give it a short Title.
3. For bug reports, pick a Severity: Critical (blocks my work), High (major issue, has a workaround), Medium (noticeable but minor), or Low (cosmetic or nice-to-have).
4. Describe what happened or what you would like to see.
5. Optionally attach a screenshot. You can paste an image, drop a file, click to browse, or choose Highlight an element to capture a specific part of the page. PNG, JPEG, and WebP files up to 8 MB are accepted.
6. Click Send.

The page you were on and your browser details are included automatically so the team can reproduce the issue. Submissions go straight to the product team.

Rating a summary

The executive summary on a deal page shows a Was this investor summary useful? prompt with thumbs-up and thumbs-down buttons. A thumbs-down asks for a short reason so we can improve.
