Can I model my own deal in the simulator?
Using the Financial Simulator tab inside your application.
Yes. The right-hand panel of the application has two tabs: Findings and Financial Simulator. The simulator uses your deal's inputs so you can adjust assumptions such as utilization, GPU count, and operating costs and see the effect on projected returns and cash flow. Changes here are for exploration and do not alter your application.
Once a deal has been approved, simulator parameters are locked, because they feed the projections investors see. Unlock to Edit lets you make temporary changes; the unlock resets when you leave the page.
