How does the operator application work?

The four guided steps, how long they take, and what happens afterward.

The application lives at Apply in the operator navigation. It has four steps, shown in the progress bar at the top:

  1. Basic Information: your contact and company details, and an acknowledgment that an NDA is required.
  2. Deal Details: infrastructure, revenue, operating cost, and deal context fields. A live preview on the right updates as you type.
  3. NDA: sign a standard non-disclosure agreement electronically. A signed-in account is required at this step.
  4. Documents: upload financial statements, contracts, decks, and other materials to your data room, then submit for review.

The steps take about 8 to 10 minutes. Required fields are marked with an asterisk; no field locks you in, and you can move back and forth with Previous and Next. Once the NDA is signed, your deal has a permanent link (the page address ends in ?deal=your-deal-name) and you can leave and return at any time.

After you submit, the platform analyzes your documents, runs its evaluations, and generates reports. You are notified by email at each stage, and the Findings panel on the right shows live progress. Use the Tour button at any time for a guided walkthrough of the screen.
