Which notifications will I receive?

Email is sent for every deal event to the address on your application. SMS is sent only if you entered a phone number and checked Text me deal status updates from Compute Labs in Basic Information. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to unsubscribe.

Email subject	When it is sent
Your NDA has been signed	Your signed agreement has been received. Includes a download link.
Your deal analysis has started	You submitted for review.
Action required: approve your deal to start evaluations	Your documents have been analyzed and are waiting for your review at the checkpoint.
Your deal needs a response	Reviewer questions are waiting for you, or differences were found between your application and your documents.
Documents needed for your deal	Additional documents would help complete the analysis.
Your deal has been updated	Progress update; when it says no action is needed, none is.
Your deal analysis is complete	Your reports are ready to review.
Your deal has been approved to move forward	The deal cleared review and moves to the next stage. This is not a commitment of financing; any terms are communicated separately.

Each email includes a link to your deal workspace. You can also change your preferred contact method under Edit profile in the user menu.
